The objectives and functions of the Force's "Media Liaison Unit" were also introduced at the workshop.

One of the highlights of the event was an experience-sharing talk given by Police Public Relations Branch Chief Superintendent Hui Chun-tak, who reminded the audience of the matters to note while working with media and the ways to forge mutual trust, understanding and rapport. The audience found the workshop inspiring and useful, and indicated that they would become more confident while working with the media.
