Do you have useful work experience to share with relevant post holders? Are you new to your post and want to know the key to performing your duty? With the aim of passing on good practices and improving service quality, Knowledge Management Ambassadors (KMAs) on Good Practices (GP) will "collect" your experiences and "connect" them with relevant colleagues.


There are KMAs (GP) in all Regions.  If you have good practices to share, send an email to the respective regional KMAs, or send a message through the QR Codes below:

The KMAs in your Region will "contact" you, "collect" your ideas, "connect" to users in need and upload onto the Good Practices Database.


The revised Good Practices Database is user-friendly.  At present, there are five categories in the Database, namely Operations, Crime, Administration, Strategic Directions-related, and projects that promote service quality. It is located at POINT (Hexagon → Knowledge Management → KM Activities → Good → Practices Database).
