Police Debate and Speech Club (PDSC) launched its Welcome Evening for events for financial year 2015-16 on July 21, attracting a full house of participants.

Mr Li Chan-wing, a veteran media consultant, gave a talk on media interview skills as a guest speaker. The evening also saw staging of exercises on different scenarios and PDSC was delighted with new members' active participation in the exercises of giving "stand-up" briefings to the media. Upon completion of the exercises, Mr Li offered valuable comments to the participants.
