Tsuen Wan District (TWDIST) is running "Project SEEFOO" in a bid to boost the professionalism of crime stream officers. One of the initiatives taken under the project is to conduct regular experience-sharing sessions on job-related topics.

A sharing session on "Proactive Financial Investigation (FI) in relation to Vice Activities" took place on August 4 for supervisors of the crime units in New Territories South Region, covering many useful subjects, including formulating plans to deal with targeted personnel and the implications of recent appeal judgments on money-laundering cases.

At the session, the Peer Advisor in Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Investigations, Chief Inspector Lam Cheuk-ho, shared his experience and knowledge of probing money-laundering cases. TWDIST Commander Kwok Ho-yee and Deputy Commander Sin Chi-sing were also present to show support for the event.
