The 4th Police Arts Council Award Presentation Ceremony was held at Police Headquarters on December 9 with Police Arts Council Chairman, Mr Lam Man-wing, presenting certificates of commendation to 11 awardees.

The awardees are Mr David Yau of Police Chinese Culture Club, Ms Leung Yuk-ling and Ms Yiu May-hing of Police Choir, Mr Sean Lin and Mr Mak Chung-kit of Police Debate and Speech Club, Ms Wong Lai-ying of Police English Club, Ms Chan Wai-yi and Ms Leung Lai-wa of Police Handicraft Club, Ms Li Kit-ching of Police History Club, Mr Ip Yiu-ming of Police Painting and Calligraphy Club and Mr Tong Hing-wai of Police Pop Music Club.

The Police Arts Council Annual Award was introduced in 2012 for the Chairman of the Police Arts Council to commend police arts club members, including retired members, for achieving outstanding achievements in, and making contributions to, their chosen arts.
