A perfect way to remember an athlete is to name an event after him. That was why all the runners joining the "Chow Chi-keung 4668 Meters Memorial Run" on December 13 wore the number bib - "4668", the U.I. of a great and dedicated athlete, Sergeant Chow Chi-keung, to salute him.

Mr Chow was an outstanding and caring coach, who tragically passed away on November 6 last year during a running session. On December 13, more than 400 relatives, colleagues, friends and sports-mates gathered at Police Tactical Unit Headquarters in Fanling to pay their last respects to him. Some of the prizes and trophies he had won were displayed at the venue and there was also a sharing session about his interesting and memorable anecdotes.

Mr Chow was a dedicated Physical Training Instructor who had taught and encouraged many of his colleagues to pursue healthy lifestyle activities, besides sharing his life experiences. He had devoted himself to pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, setting a role model and an inspiration for many people.
