A member of the Eastern District Council, Mr Ngan Chun-lim, and members of an Estate Management Advisory Committee presented tapestry banners to Eastern District (EDIST) Commander Graham Mitchelmore, District Operation Officer Lam Yiu, and officers of the Special Duty Squad II of EDIST on March 22 for smashing a dangerous drugs (DD) packing centre located inside a flat.

After identifying the flat in Shau Kei Wan, the officers mounted an operation on September 11 last year, arrested three men and seized 850 grammes of heroin and some packing paraphernalia.
