Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented letters to 37 officers on May 31, confirming their promotions to Chief Superintendent (CSP), Senior Superintendent (SSP), Superintendent (SP) and Force Welfare Officer (FWO).

Promoted to SP are Messrs Chan Chi-ho, Mak Ping-hong, Lau Fu-wah, Chung Hung-yip, Douglas Ross, Lam Chi-ping, Clive Walton, Alan Philip, Fung Wing-chuen, Cheung Wai-sing, Fung Ngai-man, Lok Wai-lurk, Ip Chi-kuen, Au Yeung Siu-kong, Cheung Kwok-wai, Shum Hoi-kwong, Cheng Wai-kin, Yeung Yuk-leung, Choy Wai-sum, Tsang Chung-bun, Law Shu-pui, Chan Wai-kei, Li Siu-yu, Leung Wai-ki, Ho Ming-yan, Ms Tam Pik-ling, Ms Lam Suk-man, Ms Mao Lee-sha, Ms Fung Ka-ying, Ms Law Chun-man, Ms Tang Wai-ying, Ms Chung Lai-yee and Ms Ng Chui-ting. Ms Shum Chung-ngar has been promoted to FWO.

Mr Ma Ping-yiu, promoted to CSP, and Mr Paul Renouf and Mr Lau Cheng-fung, promoted to SSP, were absent from a previous presentation and thus received the promotion letters on this occasion.
