The Lomas Cup Volleyball Competition 2016 for disciplined services was successfully held on May 16 at the Police Sports and Recreation Club (PSRC), with representatives from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) competing for the Cup with other disciplined forces in Hong Kong this year.

After nail-biting contests, the Cup finally went to the SPF. The Correctional Services Department, the Force and the Customs and Excise Department took the second, third and fourth places respectively.

The Chairperson of the Police Volleyball Club, Shatin District Commander Kwan Chui-ching, together with the Honorary Vice President of Police Volleyball Club, Dr Lam Wai-wing, presented trophies to the winning teams. Dr Lam congratulated all teams on their efforts and expressed gratitude for the SPF's participation. He looked forward to more exchanges between Singapore and Hong Kong's Police teams.

The Hong Kong Police Volleyball Team practises every Thursday from 7pm to 10pm at PSRC.
