Superintendent Ngan Yuen-yee of Narcotics Bureau and Chief Inspector Tse Chun-yin of Criminal Intelligence Bureau attended a Training Exchange Programme on "Master Class 2016", which was held by the Police Academy of the Netherlands from May 30 to June 10.

The programme brought together 21 police officers from 14 countries/places to study the challenges faced by Dutch police and international policing partners. These challenges covered but were not limited to organised crime, terrorism, technology crime, drug trafficking and money laundering.

Besides lectures and group discussions, the participants also visited various police units in the Netherlands, as well as the Europol Headquarters in the Hague. The course went into depth on topics such as public order management, community policing, social media, police leadership and international co-operation. Participants endeavoured to share the best practices with their counterparts in a hope to build a sustainable and solid partnership.
