The Vice-Governor of Fujian Provincial People's Government cum Director-General of Fujian Provincial Public Security Department (PSD), Mr Wang Huimin, led a seven-member delegation to visit the Police Public Relations Branch and Wan Chai Division on July 19 to discuss public relations strategies for handling major incidents and frontline policing practices respectively.
Mr Wang also paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lo Wai-chung. They exchanged views on the policing management practices in Mainland China as well as the latest crime trend. Both sides looked forward to strengthening communication and co-operation.
