Sai Kung District Councillor Mr Ho Man-kit, together with the representatives of a mutual aid committee of a housing estate, presented tapestry flags to Kwun Tong District (KTDIST) Commander Barry Smith, KTDIST Deputy Commander Chung Wing-man, KTDIST Operation Officer Chan Chiu-hei and Inspector Chan Hei-kan of KTDIST Special Duty Squad 1 (SDS 1) on November 3 in appreciation of their swift detection of a drug trafficking case.

After receiving intelligence on drug trafficking in mid-July, SDS 1 carried out an in-depth investigation and displayed professionalism in arresting four suspects.
