The Psychological Services Group (PSG) launched a three-year Decoding MH (Mental Health) Campaign to raise Force members' awareness about mental health issues so as to reduce the labelling of emotional and psychiatric disorders and encourage people in need to seek help as early as possible.

Police Clinical Psychologists have been visiting over 40 units in different formations since May to deliver messages on mental health, emotional illness and prevention of suicide. Through an animated character, Warrior Lee, they illustrated in a vivid way the messages of self-acceptance, mutual understanding and support as well as destigmatisation towards people facing such problems.

Other upcoming activities included Mental Health First Aid standard courses and mental health seminars. A PSG mobile app will be introduced by the end of the year to facilitate Force members' learning of mental health practices.
