The Police Adventure Club (PAC) held the annual Adventure Challenge in the Aberdeen Country Park on September 9, with the participation of more than 160 officers from the Force and other disciplined services.

The participants, grouped into teams of four, were tested for their physical fitness, skills and teamwork ability. The challenge started with a field orienteering exercise, followed by a cross-country run. The participants then proceeded to the Deep Water Bay for swimming and canoeing relay. Afterwards, they ran to the Police College via the Ocean Park to complete a series of command tasks and go through a Professional Physical Ability Test before hitting the finishing line.

Director of the Police College Lau Chi-wai, an honourable guest of the event, said that she was pleased to see the passion shown by the participants of the Force and other disciplined services. On behalf of the Force, she also presented souvenirs to representatives of the Ocean Park and the Victoria Recreation Club to express thanks for their facilitation for the event.
