Thirty-three woman officers from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao attended the 18th Tripartite Woman Police Officers' Meeting in Macao between October 24 and 26 to discuss the theme of "The Building, Inheritance and Development of Police Culture".


The Hong Kong delegation was led by Deputy Commissioner (Management) Chiu Wai-yin whilst the Guangdong and Macao delegations were headed respectively by Deputy Director cum Researcher of the Personnel Division of the Political Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Wu Yun and Adviser of the Office of the Secretary for Security of Macao Ku I Kan.


Woman officers from the three jurisdictions discussed wide-ranging topics, including ways to build the culture of the police force and to pass on the culture to the next generation, as well as the development of police culture. They cherished the opportunity to reinforce partnership. The next round of the meeting will be held in Hong Kong.
