Secretary of Indonesia's National Police Commission Bekto Suprapto led a seven-member delegation to visit Mong Kok District (MKDIST) and the Emergency Unit of Kowloon West (EU KW) on September 27.

Deputy Commander of MKDIST Mok Hing-wing greeted the delegates. Then Assistant Commander (Crime) Chung Chi-ming and Assistant Commander (Operations) Lee Cho-ming talked about, respectively, crime-fighting and operational policing strategies of MKDIST. Following the presentation, Chief Inspector of EU KW Lau Tat-fai led the delegates to EU's compound to see a display of equipment and a tactical demonstration.

The visit enabled Indonesia's National Police Commission to get a better understanding of the Hong Kong Police Force.
