The Police Volleyball Club (PVC) held an invitational tournament for six secondary schools through Project Legacy at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on January 26. The event aimed to instill positive energy into schools through sports exchange.

The PVC members, some of whom were alumni of the participating schools, competed with volleyball team members of the Diocesan Boys' School (DBS), the Immaculate Heart of Mary College (IHMC), Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Secondary School (CSWCSS), Heep Yunn School (HYS), the St Stephen's Girls' College (SSGC) and Ying Wa Girls' School (YWGS). This gave the team members an opportunity to interact with police officers and alumni, and enhance their understanding of police work.

After nail-biting matches, the Police Team (both female's and male's groups) clinched the championship. For female's group, HYS came second, followed by YWGS and SSGC. For male's group, CSWCSS secured the first runner-up title, followed by DBS and IHMC.

Chairman of Police Sports Council Mr Cheuk Hau-yip and Chairperson of PVC Ms Kwan Chui-ching, together with Vice Chairperson Ms Tse Tsui-yan and Honorary Vice President Dr Lam Wai-Wing of PVC, officiated at the prize presentation ceremony and presented trophies to the winning teams. They encouraged the Police team to maintain close bonding with the schools and continue promoting a healthy lifestyle.
