Since 2016, the Regional Crime Prevention Office of New Territories North (RCPO NTN) has implemented Project LINKGUARD to enhance the network and communication with property management companies in the community. The latest anti-crime information and security tips are offered to the members on a regular basis. So far, a total of 338 housing estates have joined the project.

In order to avoid social contact during the outbreak of COVID-19, Chief Inspector of the RCPO NTN Law Suk-man, Senior Inspector of Regional Crime Unit of NTN Tso Sai-leung and Station Sergeant of the RCPO NTN Wan Kwok-chung held a video conference with 27 representatives of Project LINKGUARD on May 12, to alert the representatives to unlawful debt collection activities and offer advice on the handling of suspicious objects.
