At a ceremony held at the Police Headquarters on April 11, Police Civil Secretary Ma Siu-hung presented promotion letters to 42 officers who were promoted to the rank of Clerical Officer with effect from April 13. The promotion list was uploaded to Police Noticeboard earlier.
