To facilitate exchange with Formation Discipline Officers and provide insights on Force discipline issues, Discipline Division and Discipline Case Audit Team organised two Regional Discipline Forums on July 26 and August 16 respectively. The forums attracted over 130 officers ranked from chief inspector to assistant commissioner of different Regions and policy wings, from whom very positive feedback was received.


Superintendent of Police Discipline Division Tse Kai-kong and Discipline Case Audit Officer Chan Chun-chun shared the overall trend of Force discipline situation, as well as explaining the practical skills for conducting disciplinary reviews. Through a real-life case, they highlighted the importance of collaboration among the subject Formations, Discipline Division and Force Discipline Adjudication Unit in handling urgent cases. Moreover, the participants were thanked for their support in upholding the Force discipline standard and were invited to utilise the IM Alert and Discipline Newsflash during their management meetings for disseminating relevant update information to the frontline.
