Commissioner Siu Chak-yee presented promotion letters to three officers on November 7. Mr Chung Chi-keung has been promoted to Superintendent, Ms Chan Wing-yan to Chief Telecommunications Engineer, and Mr Leung Kam-hung to Senior Force Armourer.
The Commissioner also presented on the same day the CP’s Formation/Unit Commendation (CPFUC) to Anti-Deception Coordination Centre of Commercial Crime Bureau and CP’s Commendations (CPC) to Chief Superintendent Yu Hoi-kwan, Superintendents Chan Wui-nang, Leung Ngai, Man Yu-ching and Chan Wai-wah, Chief Inspectors Yan Fong-wai, Shue Chi-yuen, Ngan Hoi-ian and Yam Suet-ying, Senior Inspectors Tsoi Ting-kwong, Poon Sung-lai and Wong Shing-keung, Station Sergeant Yue Tat-chun, Sergeant Ng Wai-man, as well as Police Constables Yam Yin-fung, Cheung Hoi-ting, Mok Ka-nok and So Chi-wa.
