Commissioner Eddie Hui Ki-on met some 130 officers at a reception held at the Police Officers' Club on November 15.
The attendees included recipients of the Commissioner's Commendation or above during the past two years, representatives of different staff associations, all Senior Directorate officers and Major Formation Commanders.
