Civil Service Bureau
fund-raising campaign

"We Serve, We Share - Civil Service for the Chest"

The Civil Service Bureau has organised the Civil Service Walk for a number of years to raise funds for the Community Chest, and for a change a charity concert has been organised for this year.

To allow for more staff participation, four competitions (singing, dance, table tennis and swimming) will be held in the run-up to the concert. CSB will also be selling exclusive raffle tickets to raise more funds.

The Civil Service Charity Concert, produced by TVB, will be held at the Hong Kong Coliseum on June 10, at 2.45 pm. Tickets are $100 and $200 on a first-come-first-served basis. Winners of the dance and singing competitions will perform together with many top entertainers such as Leon Lai, Ekin Cheng, Edison Chan and Koi Ming-fai. There will also be guest appearances from several senior officials such as Chief Secretary Donald Tsang and Financial Secretary Antony Leung.

Force members are cordially invited to assist in raffle ticket sales, the proceeds of which will constitute a major donation for the Chest. They will be sold at $20 each until mid-June, and drawn on June 21, with over $250,000 in prizes available.

For more information, look for posters distributed to your formations and PEN messages.
