CP Tsang Yam-pui with Beijing Municipal PSB's Qiang Wei

Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau officials visited the Force on June 19.

The Bureau's Director Qiang Wei and five other members, along with Beijing Municipality Higher People's Court President Qin Zhengan, toured a number of formations including the Police Tactical Unit, Special Duties Unit and Hong Kong Island Emergency Unit, Key Points and Search Division, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bureau and North Point Police Station.

They sampled Traffic officers' speeding and drink-driving detection equipment and crowd-management barriers. They also paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui at Police Headquarters, and also attended a dinner and a lunch hosted by CP Tsang and Deputy Commissioner Operations Douglas Lau Yuk-kuen respectively.
