Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui presented Police Long Service Medal clasps to Senior Assistant Commissioner Chau Foo-cheong (on secondment to the Airport Authority), Assistant Commissioners Foo Tsun-kong, Peter Halliday and Leung Chi-bun (on pre-retirement leave) at Police Headquarters on September 14.
Mr Tsang also presented Valedictory Letters, Certificates of Exemplary Service and retirement souvenirs to 17 officers and three civilian staff for their long and loyal service at another ceremony the same day.
