Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui hosted a lunch for unofficial members of the Fight Crime Committee, members of the Independent Police Complaints Council and chairmen of the District Fight Crime Committees on November 23. Also attending the lunch, which was held at the Commissioner's residence, were Force officers of assistant commissioner rank and above. Mr Tsang briefed his guests on the overall crime situation and work on anti-terrorism.
