Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr Halliday is awarded the BBS for his dedicated and meritorious service in the Hong Kong Police Force. He served the Government for over 35 years.

Chief Superintendent, Mr Lee is recognised for his outstanding performance and dedicated service in the Force. He has served the Force for over 32 years.

Chief Superintendent, Mr Samson is commended for his outstanding performance and dedicated service in the Force. He has served the Force for over 32 years.


Medal for Bravery (Silver)
Leung Bo-ming (deceased)
Mr Leung is posthumously awarded the MBS in recognition of gallantry of an extremely high order displayed while performing duty in Ta Kwu Ling when the red rainstorm warning signal was hoisted. Mr Leung drowned after entering floodwaters to rescue a stranded villager.


Medal for Bravery (Bronze)
Fung Yap-wing
A Police Constable, Mr Fung is awarded the MBB in recognition of the exemplary act of gallantry he displayed while performing duty in Ta Kwu Ling when the red rainstorm warning signal was hoisted. Mr Fung entered floodwaters in the company of SIP Leung Po-ming in an attempt to rescue a villager.
