The seminar was aimed at identifying the causes of juvenile delinquency and methods of prevention through lectures on special topics, such as youth gangs, juvenile crime trend and experience sharing. The event had also provided participants with a better picture of the strategies against youth crime in the district.

The Kwun Tong District School Liaison Committee Chairman, Mr Wong Wing-tim, took the opportunity to present a banner to Sau Mau Ping District Commander, Mr Ma Wai-luk, in appreciation of police assistance to schools in the past year.
