"Thank You" from the public

Starting from this issue, Offbeat starts publishing, on a regular basis, cases of public expressing gratitude to officers or units for what they have done for them. By doing so, we hope that the cases would underline Force members' upholding of the Force's motto of "We serve with Pride and Care".

Offbeat will list the names of the officers or units concerned, and a gist of their services. Besides "thank you" letters brought to its attention, Offbeat also welcomes contributions from Districts or Divisions to this "Thank You" column.
