Eight senior officers promoted
Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai presented promotion letters to eight senior officers at Police Headquarters on September 16.
Among the officers, Ting Hung-kay and Chiu Kai-ting have been promoted to Senior Superintendents. Meanwhile, six other officers have been promoted to Superintendents: Young Chi-man, Li Chi-hang, Richard Skinner, Mak Lau Wai-mum, Lo Yam Wai-chun and Chung Sze-pong.
Superintendent Mark Foster, who was on leave at the time of a previous presentation of promotion letters also received his letter on this occasion.
