C&W District launches road safety campaign
During the ceremony, group singer "Life is Beautiful" was appointed the Road Safety Ambassador.
After officiating at the ceremony, the Chairman of Central and Western District Council, Mr Chan Tat-chor, Central District Commander Chau Kwok-leung, Western District Commander David Madoc Jones, and Chairman of Central and Western Road Safety Organising Committee, Mr Liu Kai-ming, distributed road safety leaflets in Pedder Street in Central and Center Street in Western.
The Central and Western District Road Safety Launching cum Road Safety Ambassador Appointment Ceremony was held at Grand Millennium Plaza recently to arouse public awareness of road safety and reduce traffic accidents.
