SSPODIV and PCRO SSPODIST	Two Sham Shui Po District Councillors and resident representatives from nine blocks at Fu Cheong Public Housing Estate	In a joint letter to CP, the councillors and resident representatives said the living environment and law and order at Fu Cheong Estate have vastly improved as a result of the excellent services provided by officers from SSPODIV and PCRO SSPODIST. The services of the security guards at the estate have also improved, thanks to the professional advice given by the officers.
SSGT Tang Chung-tak, SGT Law Chi-ming and PCs Chau Wan-cheung, Chan Chak-yan, Ku Man-fai, Shum Ka-him and Chan Kin-hau, all from TFSU CPKDIV	Resident	In a letter to DVC CPKDIV, the resident said he got back the property stolen from his car parked in a car park at a Tuen Mun beach, thanks to the effort of a task force comprising "dedicated and brave officers". He also complimented the officers for apprehending a suspect in the case.
SPC Wong Kai-wing and PCs Cheng Hon-ping, Tsui Wai-kwong, Sit Sum-hung and Kwok Wing-tat, all from PSU LTSDIV	Resident	The resident thanked the officers for leading him to safety when he was stranded on a hillside during an outing on Lantao Island, while his friend was taken to hospital by the Government Flying Service.
Officers from Platoon 4 of EU KW	School principal	The principal thanked the officers for using their free time to conduct an activity at his school after the school exams. He said the activity had strengthened the communication between the community and police, adding that the students were impressed by the officers' organising ability and innovation in design.
SSGT Law Yuet-keung and PCs Ho Ka-wang, Lo Chi-man, Wong Chun-fai and Chan Tsz-wing, all from PSU STKDIV	Factory proprietor	In a letter to DC BORDIST, the proprietor praised the officers for their efficiency and professionalism in apprehending four illegal immigrants from Vietnam who had broken into his factory, and for recovering the property stolen from his factory.
SGT Sit Chau-leung and PCs Wong Ho-yuen and Chan Sai-tak, all from TFSU SSPODIV	Resident	The resident thanked the officers for assisting him when he grappled with a thief in a rear lane in Sham Shui Po.
