In the last issue, we introduced the Department Portal Logon. We are going to show the services the e-Payroll system will provide.

The e-Payroll & Benefits services allow users to access their personal, appointment and payroll-related information kept by the Treasury. All officers appointed on civil service terms and paid through the Treasury payroll can use e-Payroll.

In addition, users can download various pay statements from the system in the most commonly used "pdf" format.

Salary Statement for downloading

The downloaded statements will look the same as the paper statements printed by the Treasury. Users can download the most recent three statements of various types such as salary statements, contract gratuity statements and housing benefits statements.
