How to grant CIS Application

If you are a CIS (FICS/RICS/TOMS/CIS-SF) user but you cannot find the CIS application icon(s) on the CTA screen, it means you have not been granted application. In this case, you are required to approach your System Manager (Application Access) (SMAA) for granting the concerned functions. List of the SMAA is available on POINT.

The SMAA can grant the CIS application in the "General Admin" on CTA.

How to grant relieving/change post in CIS

The CIS "Maintain User Particular" function enables designated users to add relieving post for another officer for not more than 30 days. When granting a relieving post, a substantive or acting officer must be in post. The relieving post will become effective 30 minutes later.

How to handle Invalid Login & Change User Category

When clicking on a CIS application icon and an error message "Invalid Login" appearing, you should approach a designated user who is at commander level or a System Manager for "User Category" verification. Change "User Category" when it is necessary. The change will become effective 30 minutes later.
