Police Review wins Judges' Special Award
The Police Review 2009 has won the Judges' Special Award of the 2010 Best Annual Reports Awards organised by the Hong Kong Management Association.
Police Public Relations Branch Principal Information Officer Janet Lui received the award on behalf of the Force on November 1.
The Judges' Report of the competition said the Force's mission - "We Serve with Pride and Care" - was "undoubtedly evident through the design of the report", and the Police Review is "an outstanding and reader friendly annual report which shows their care and service to the public".
The general presentation of the Police Review, such as cover design, general layout, photographs and charts, was of a high standard, the Judges' Report added.
The Hong Kong Management Association has been organising the competition since 1973 to encourage publication of timely, accurate, informative and well-presented annual reports.
