Another milestone for CIS2 |

Following a protracted process of tender issue, evaluation and negotiation, the contract for the development, implementation and maintenance of CIS2 has been awarded to PCCW Solutions Limited. At a recent tea reception, attended by Director of Management Services Tang How-kong and Assistant Commissioner (Information Systems) Peter Else, senior staff of PCCW Solutions were able to meet informally with the staff of Information Systems Wing's Major Systems Division and Information Technology Branch who will be working closely with PCCW Solutions to ensure CIS2 offers the best service to both Force members and the public. The next stage is System Analysis and Design, during which Force members are welcome to submit any ideas they might have in relation to CIS2 and can keep themselves updated on progress via the CIS2 blog. |
