As part of a long-standing initiative to support frontline officers, Traffic Management and Prosecutions Bureau organised a "Traffic Policing Excellence Series 4" Seminar on April 12. At the seminar, Superintendent (SP) James Wan of Traffic Hong Kong Island shared with about 100 officers his experience of preparing and presenting police arguments, Traffic Impact Assessment and Quantitative Analysis at Public Order Event Appeal Board hearing.

With Senior Superintendent Eric Cheng acting as facilitator, the seminar aimed at offering the officers a better idea of Appeal Board hearing.
