Kowloon East Regional Commander Mike Cartwright presented retirement souvenirs, Police Long Service Medals and Clasps and Commanding Officer's Commendations to a total of 65 police officers and civilian staff members on April 24 at Police Sports and Recreation Club for their contributions to the Force.
