RenoSafe Scheme

RenoSafe aims at preventing any person such as consultants, contractors, or any other person from using unlawful means to affect the tendering or the conduct of building management or renovations, and invites participants to provide information of any unlawful act to the Police and other participating law enforcement agencies including the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and the Competition Commission (CompComm).

Other participating Bureaux / Departments include Urban Renewal Authority (URA), Buildings Department (BD) and Fire Services Department (FSD).  

Our Commitments to Participating Buildings:

  1. Provide professional advice from the respective participating government departments and public bodies
  2. Provide direct contact channel with the respective participating government departments and public bodies
  3. Provide prompt Police operational support including from anti-triad unit(s).

Responsibilities of Participating Buildings:

  1. Display the publicity materials of this Scheme
  2. Co-operate with the participating government departments and public bodies
  3. Proactively provide information of any unlawful act
