The “Help the Police Fight Youth Crime Competition” was launched in 1975. Held every two years, it aims at encouraging young people to show concern to and assist the Police in fighting youth crime, and hence building a healthy lifestyle. Besides receiving staunch support from the Fight Crime Committee and various sectors of the community, the competition has also received sponsorship from many industrial and commercial organisations. The competition has been sponsored from Hang Seng Bank since 1994.
