2002-12-25 16:36 Police are investigating the death of a man and a woman whose bodies were found in Tin Shui Wai this (December 25) morning. Shortly before 11 am, Police received a report that two persons fell from a flat in Chung Yan House, Tin Chung Court. Police officers arrived at scene and located the man and the woman who sustained serious injuries lying unconscious on the ground. The duo, both aged 22, were taken to Tuen Mun Hospital but were certified dead later. Signs of struggling were detected in a bedroom of the flat where a bloodstained hammer was also located. Initial enquiries revealed that the woman might have been attacked by somebody with the hammer before she fell from the flat. A post-mortem will be conducted later today to ascertain their cause of death. Investigations by the Divisional Investigation Team of Tin Shui Wai are underway. |
