The HKIAP offers a distinguished portfolio of Hallmark Programmes comprising 21 professional training programmes for capacity building and three flagship events for collaborative opportunities. The programmes cover five key areas of expertise, including Command and Leadership, Tactics, Counter-Terrorism and Crisis Management, Crime Investigation and Intelligence, and Protection and Security.
These programmes serve as professional platforms for law enforcement agencies and institutions to share expertise, exchange good practices, and strengthen practical cooperation in addressing evolving and increasingly complex policing challenges.
