In March, I joined a leadership training camp at Breakthrough Youth Village organised by Hong Kong True Light College JPC School Club.It was difficult in the beginning to play problem-solving games with strangers, but strong bonds were built once all participants started to trust one another. I learned from the camp that trust and delegation of duties were essential elements to good leadership.
