I am lucky to have the chance to be a JPC member. JPC offers many interesting activities, which greatly widen my knowledge and my experience.

My friends and I once took part in a dessert making class. In the first lesson, we made Macao pudding and cheese pie. In the second lesson, we made Italian milk pudding and bread pudding. My most unforgettable experience was making the Macao pudding. We first crushed biscuits. Then, we mixed cream, milk and sugar together and whipped it well. Finally, we layered biscuit bits and cream mixture alternately and put it in the fridge and we could eat it after several hours. It was easy to make and it tasted good! 

When we shared the dessert with each other during the lessons, we felt very happy. It was a very good experience for me.

I will join a volunteer training class soon. Hope I can learn more from it!
