Junior Police Call (JPC) is a non-profit organisation. It provides a lot of opportunities for members to do volunteer work. That is why I joined JPC. I like to help people. I have done a lot of volunteer work since I was in primary school. Last year, my friends asked me to join JPC. I knew that this was a chance for me to do more volunteer work. I was also interested in knowing more about the police's work. Therefore, I joined JPC with my friends.

I learned a lot after joining JPC. I became a responsible person. I would be more prudent on things which I would usually do wrong. My friends have trust in me because of my behaviour. This makes me feel more confident. Also I know more about the rule of law, like the punishments of different crimes and the common ways that the people commit illegal things. Joining JPC is very valuable. Through this organisation, I can have more chances to help others in society. The happiness from volunteer work is a gift to me. I also have more knowledge of the work of the police, which has widened my horizon. The activities are very rewarding and I will participate more in the future.

Miss Chui Tsz-ching, JPC member of Wong Tai Sin District, received $1,000 book coupon from Mr Chan Tsz-shing, Benjamin, Manager of Wong Tai Sin Branch.
