Imperceptibly, I have already been in JPC for ten fruitful years since 2003. With the help from senior JPC members and officers, I have become a confident and active JPC participant as well as chairman of school clubs. Thanks to JPC, I was honoured to become an A-leader in 2007 and was awarded the Outstanding A-Leader in 2010, which offered me opportunities to go further.

As a relatively experienced JPC leader, I would like to share my following new resolutions with the commencement of 2013.

Firstly, I hope I can encourage more youths to join the JPC family, which also means having new blood to pass on the spirit of JPC. By meeting and gathering more frequently with current members, I wish to deepen their understanding on JPC's mission and spread the idea that we welcome every new member, so that they would invite their friends to join.

Secondly, I hope I can contribute to enhance the friendship and bonding among districts. This is because other than large-scale competitions and activities held by JPC headquarters, cooperation such as joint districts sports competition can also boost the spirit among JPC members.

Finally, I would like to make use of what I have learnt to help JPC family grow stronger and healthier. Training the juniors and designing more innovative activities are therefore part of my plan as well.

May I wish JPC and everyone another incredible year!
