Traffic New Territories South (T NTS) offered a briefing on illegal road racing in NTS Region for members of the District Councils in Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Tsing and Outlying Islands  on December 20. 
 
The briefing, the second one of its nature within one year, outlined the strategies to combat illegal road racing and the success of law enforcement measures in the past six months. The briefing also served as a platform for enhancing
 
T NTS' relationship with the District Councillors and underscoring T NTS' commitment to tackling the problems of illegal road racing. 
 
Acting T NTS Senior Superintendent Kao Yau-ki, who chaired the briefing, thanked the District Councillors for supporting police initiatives. After the briefing, they took a close look at the law enforcement equipment officers use in their daily jobs. The councillors appreciated the initiatives T NTS had taken and pledged to continue to support its law enforcement measures.
