Visually impaired members of the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind visited Police College in Aberdeen on January 10, getting a feel of police equipment and attending a concert specially arranged for them by the Police Band.

Speaking of the visit, Commissioner Tsang Wai-Hung said: "We are delighted to welcome visitors from the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind again. The feedback from my officers was that the whole experience was most rewarding."

Mr Paul Surtees, an adviser to the Federation, commented: "Music means a lot to our dear visually impaired brothers and sisters. We are enormously grateful to all at the Police College for so kindly giving them these much appreciated days out on their Aberdeen campus."

The Hong Kong Federation of the Blind was founded in 1972. It provides various services for the visually impaired and their families, including training for the newly blind, care for visually impaired elderly living in solitude and help for the children of disabled parents. You are welcome to visit the Federation's website: www.hkfb.org.hk.
