The Junior Police Officers'Association (JPOA) hosted the 2014 Spring Reception in Police Sports and Recreation Club on February 20. JPOA Chairman Chan Cho-kwong and seven JPOA district chairmen joined Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung, JPOA Founding President, Ms Tam Wai-chu, Honorary President, Dr Leong Che-hung, Deputy Commissioner (Management) Ma Wai-luk, Deputy Commissioner (Operations) Lo Wai-chung, and Honorary Legal Advisers Mr Foo Tak-ching and Mr Kenneth Hau, in drinking a toast to the guests.
