Kowloon West (KW) Regional Commander Cheung Kwai-kee hosted a luncheon at Police Headquarters on March 19 for over 20 community leaders, including the chairmen of the fight crime committees of Yau Tsim Mong, Sham Shui Po and Kowloon City districts, Chairman of Kowloon West Youth-Care Committee, Chairperson of Yau Tsim Mong District School Liaison Committee, and members of Mong Kok District Junior Police Call Honorary President Council.
 
Welcoming his guests, Mr Cheung expressed his gratitude for their on-going support and co-operation. On the same occasion, KW Acting Senior Superintendent (Crime) Man Tat-shing introduced a newly launched Regional programme, "Project Retriever +", to strengthen networking and co-operation with the community for providing more services for youths-at-risk. 
 
The community leaders showed a great interest in, and offered constructive views on, the project.
